It is a shame that knock off phones are still an important part of the Chinese phone industry and we have learned to live with it, but if you are going to make a clone don’t make it a low end piece of garbage like this.
This Samsung Galaxy S5 knock off costs just $80, but why would you pay so little for a cheap knock off then there are other options on the market like the JiaYu F1? This clone has just a dual-core MT6575 processor, 512mb RAM and 5-inch FWVGA display. In comparison the No.1 S7 which is also a clone of the Samsung Galaxy S5 has a full 2GB RAM, 1080 display, octacore processor and will even be waterproof!

Do you think there is still a demand for low-end knock-off phones, or would you like to see more originality in the low/mid range Chinese phone market?

I’d like to see clones step up to the mark and fire in some good to high end specs and features.yes it will still be a clone and specs won’t be as good as real thing but if you have decent specs and features on the clone your still gonna be getting a decent phone for less than the real price of original.
Would just like to see clone manufacturers at least try to meet the specs of the real devices, particularly in the iPhone knock-offs. Many manufacturers of original products are striving for quality (or at least attempting) but when it comes to clones it’s like they’re all competing to see who can make the crappiest phone.
