After suffering a leak not much long back, the Forte avatar of the uber popular Motorola Moto G finally went official.
Unlike previously believed, the device is no IP67 certified, i.e., it still won’t be water and/or dust proof. What’s changed though, is the rear shell — the Moto G Forte now comes with the Moto G Grip Shell right out of the box. The Grip Shell is an add-on that goes for $15 apiece, something which should reflect in the price of the Moto G Forte as well.
Gizchina News of the week
The device retains the internals from the original Moto G, which include a 4.5-inch HD screen, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and a 2020mAh apart from imaging hardware that consist of a 5 mega-pixel rear shooter and an HD front.
The device is only available on Mexico’s Nextel network with 50GB free Google Drive space. There’s however no word on availability in other markets as yet.

Not bad!
I had tested Moto G, and it is water proof. More over it has internal battery, so my battery is also safe now.
Sorry to say that it will be launched in latin america only as per the informer Evy. But Moto G is sold mainly in India. You can estimate its popularity in India by this that is ran out of stock with in 20 minutes of its launch. So I think company has to rethink on this topic, launched in India will be definitely helpful for them. Another factor of not launching of Moto forte in Inida may be that it will be priced above 20k, so indian market will turn either for Moto G or HTC Desire 310. Read More about Moto G
One more thing I want to add that company is doing this means launching MOTO G Forte to compete with its rival HTC Desire 310. Because after Htc Desire 310 their sales are going down.
Second point is that Moto G forte has to update his boot screen , because as said by Google that every android have to show a boot screen having written “powered by Android”. Google has taken this step after Galaxy S5 had updated his screen to “powered by android”
Best thinng is Kitkat Os and 1 GB of RAM
