The iOcean X8 launch is just around the corner, but fans who don’t wish to wait have the opportunity to win the 5.7-inch, octacore phablet right now. The iOcean X8 giveaway require fans to simply join the iOcean community (the more shares the more chance of winning) and a winner will be announced in 10 days.

  I can’t see where it states that in the rules. It says the device will be mailed out.
  What is weird is that is only available to USA residents. Which is strange as it’s a Chinese phone not designed for use in the USA. I think there is possibly some some cutting and pasting going on here from some other competition rules…

      Weird. Prize winner must be a USA resident and then also be present in China…? This is one bizarre competition.

iOcean have build a great phone! X8 is awesome.
But…
Unforunately, iOcean hesitates to release a WCDMA 900/2100 MHz version, typically for European customers : too bad 🙁
Therefore, if you’re leaving in Europe and want such a beautifull phone with adapted 3G bands, go to iOcean’s FaceBook page and “Like” the Poll thread! Urgent!!
You’ll meet there too 😀
