Oppo is known for its high end smartphones, but it has been making steady headway into the mid core and entry level markets as well. Its newest addition to the entry level space has the look of a decent smartphone, but we will have to wait and see if its specs are up to the task of acting like one.
The Oppo Joy was officially announced last week ago and reported on by a few media outlets. But we didn’t know its price or what markets it would be launching in. Now we know the price and at least a few of the markets that it will be coming to.
The Oppo Joy is a dual-sim phone that is clearly aimed at the entry level consumer. It had a dual core 1.3 Ghz CPU, 512MB of RAM, a 4 inch 480×800 screen, a 3MP back camera and a 0.3MP front facing camera. It has a 1,700mAh battery.

It is unclear at this point which markets the device will be coming to, but the Malaysian, Vietnamese and Indonesian sites have all been confirmed to be listing the device.
