The OPPO Find 7a might have launched more than a month ago on March 19th, but according a tip we received from a concerned buyer, the device is yet to land in the hands of a batch of buyers.
As you’d probably be aware by now, the OPPO Find 7a went on pre-sale starting the 7th of April. As usual, the pre-order went live on OppoStyle, a reseller which happens to work in close proximity with OPPO. Besides the device, there were some goodies promised alongside which made the $499 price tag look all the more prettier, which resulted in a large demand, as expected.

However, as we mentioned before, it appears as though it isn’t all smooth sailing for buyers. Its alleged that OppoStyle did not send confirmation emails a section of buyers among those who made payment for the Find 7a on the morning of 7th April. According to the tipster, trying to get in touch with OppoStyle bore no fruit, with only a computer generated, out of context reply in the offering.
What makes matters worse is the fact that pre-orders made towards the end of April seem to have been processed before the ones made in the first leg. If true, this sounds like the classic first-come-first-serve gone terribly wrong.
We really hope Chinese makers in OPPO, OnePlus, etc. sort out their post-launch issues, and fast. Its really a shame if you launch a great product (after making people wait) and then fail to deliver; while many upcoming manufacturers don’t have lot to lose, they certainly have many hearts to win.
