The market for smartphones aimed squarely at the ladies is no longer a small niche but a growing and very lucrative market. New phone Alva today launched their first device running Oppo’s ColorOS.
Alva, a new phone maker (at least to me) today launched a new smartphone aimed at the lady who demands high tech specs, a great cameras, a fashionable design and good price.
The Slim Note has a large 5.7-inch 1080p LTPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, the sides of the phone taper to just 4.5mm, but the most impressive measurement are the 1.9mm bezels, possibly the worlds narrowest!
Gizchina News of the week
Specs are nothing to be sniffed at either with an octacore MT6592 processor, and 2GB RAM purring along with ColorOS being the operating system of choice. Full camera spec weren’t released just yet, but we do know the front is 5MP and the rear 13MP.
The Slim Note will be available in white or pink and with memory options 16GB and 32GB. Prices start from 1499 Yuan rising to 1799 Yuan.
Nice, more smartphones with ColorOS 🙂
Are you being sarcastic?
No, I like Color OS, is the reason to have an Android phone. 🙂
And I have an Oppo Find7a and previous an Find5
I enjoy Color OS as well. With the stock Android theme, it’s pretty nice.
Ugh. Is this another company that claims to have some common investors with Oppo but is secretly 100% owned by them?
Don’t think so.
Someone needs to tell some phone makers that a screen has 4 bezels not just side bezel.
We still need the space for speaker, front camera and touch button.
what’s the lady’s name? it’s for research purposes only..
