Not all Chinese brands do shady shit like those, THL is fairly well known enough that if they really do it the repercussion could be disastrous for them.

It has an Amprius battery inside. Amprius is a new American battery technology company which created batteries that have 20-25% higher energy density than usual batteries. THL is one of the first smartphone manufacturers to ever use an Amprius battery. Also Google search Amprius and watch the YouTube video of someone removing the back cover of this handset and you will see.

So, just for me to understand: this phone do not work in Europe?

Wasted space on the front (thick bezels). Is what I meant, just by adding 0.5mm of thickness they could accommodate the same amount of battery, without (the phone) being as huge.

Look at LG G3, or Sharp’s phones, tiny bezels and if they wont to add something extra they do so in depth (they make the phone thicker)…

Huge phones (in heigh and width) are a menace to productivity. You basically do the same things half as fast, which is why phones of now are much less useful than how they were two years ago:

And this is 5000mAh phone which cost less than half of G3. Company need r&d money, lots of it, to produce phone.

Both from consumer and producer point of view what you demand is rather unreasonable at this point of time.

So I’d say since you don’t see the problem comparing a $300 phone (at max) from small chinese company to $800+ phone from multi billion dollar worldwide giant corporation, why not follow your own advice and just buy G3. Let people who can appreciate what THL is trying to do do it (not saying that you’re hindering things, but you look like total moron to me from the post above).

But that’s not (towards) what I was referring at all… I wrote clearly that I don’t mind the thickness (I prefer a thick … well endowed phone, than a slim one with a punny battery. I do mind that itss profile is as big as that of a 5.5 phone…

Such thick bezels are only detrimental and I don’t see why they keep getting bigger in each generation (for example htc one and S5 have thicker bezels than their predecessors). It absolutely kills ergonomics (along with battery life the most important feature of a handheld me thinks)…

If Qualcomm provided the 801 dual sim would be the best way. But with the Snap 400 dual sim would also be very good.
