TCL show off one of their first 4G LTE phones using a Mediatek processor at GSMA2014, the TCL H900M.

As Mediatek have started to ramp up production of processors that can support LTE, we are starting to see Chinese favourites such as TCL exhibiting new phones to local customers. The TCL H900M is one of the first Mediatek powered LTE phones to officially see light of day, but rather than the new MT6595 chip it uses a MT6592 with MT6290 baseband chip to give the phone compatibility with FDD and TD LTE networks, plist GSM and WCDMA.

TCL have promised that the H900M will be accompanied to market with up to 11 other 4G LTE phones ranging from entry-level budget devices to full-blown flagships.

i would take it with 6595 flavour, the only thing holding me from updating the idol x- is not such a big leap in gpu performance. or i guess something a little downsized. 6″ is too much to hold it at ear and i wouldn’t want to carry a bluetooth always,
