It has been almost a year now since the Xiaomi Mi3 was released in China and people are eagerly waiting for the new Xiaomi flagship, the Mi4. So far we have seen quite some rumors and leaks about the Xiaomi Mi4, but pretty much all of them appeared to be either fake or some other device.
But guess what? Now there are new leaks this time photo samples that have allegedly been shot using the Xiaomi Mi4. The EXIF data apparently confirms the photos were taken with the next-gen phone, but keep in mind that such data can be faked easily.
Gizchina News of the week
Assuming the downsized images are real, the overall quality appears to be pretty good. The camera seems to perform nicely in terms of color reproduction, depth of field, focus and noise. The only downside for some might be that it only has 13 mega pixels of resolution. While this does not tell you anything about the real quality of a camera, it is still a bit sad considering the trend going towards the 16 mega pixels or even higher.
What do you think of these Xiaomi Mi4 photo samples? And what else do you want from the next Xiaomi phone?

Well, I don’t really care about the camera on the Xiaomi Mi4.
What is important to me though, is the soc used and 4G support.
It would be awesome if Xiaomi Mi4 came with the Tegra K1 soc in the international version, and if that’s not the case, then it should at least come with Snapdragon 805.
If it gets Snapdragon 801 even with LTE support, the new Huawei Honor 6 with their own Kirin 920 soc is going to beat the shit out of Xiaomi.
