The ever-expanding maker from China, Lenovo, have announced the Lenovo Golden Warrior A8, successor to the previously announced Golden Warrior S8.
Like its predecessor, the A8 comes with a seriously high VFM quotient, packing an octa-core CPU, 4G LTE and other goodies but retaining the very sweet $130 price tag. Its only on sale in China for the moment, but neighbouring markets can expect a launch anytime soon.

Besides adding 4G LTE, the A8 also features a faux leather back that’ll remind you of the much more expensive Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phablet. A 2GB RAM chip handles your multitasking needs, with a 5-inch 720p display taking control of your touch inputs and display. The device will have two radio variants; one for China Mobile, that’ll go for 798 CNY or $130, and the other for China Unicom which will sell for CNY 898 or $144.
