ASUS Zenfone lineup announced in India, on sale via Flipkart starting midnight tonight

Another pack of budget phones go live in India as ASUS announce the affordable Zenfone lineup in the country.

The company launched 4 devices in all – the ASUS Zenfone 4 A400CG, Zenfone 4 A450CG, Zenfone 5 and lastly the Zenfone 6. Emphasis, as you would expect, is on the VFM factor, a scale on which the recently launched Xiaomi Mi3 scores quite high as well.

I have had the Zenfone 5 for just over a month now. My previous phone were Mediatek powered Zopo and Inew devices. Compared to my previous phones I have to say that the Asus Zenfone has been a much better choice. Finally a dualsim phone with full vendor support (very frequent updates), excellent GPS and quadband WCDMA and GSM coverage. Everything just works on this phone. The only area needing improvement is the camera. The dynamic range is not very good.
