UMi to annouce C1 price next week along with English website


UMi are going all out to try and reinvent themselves. The launch of the C1 is on the way as it the launch of a new English website dedicated to international customers.

Next week will be a big week for Chinese phone maker UMi. First of all they will be releasing the official international price of the UMi C1 “2014 Quad-core Killer”, and they also plan to launch a new English language website. The UMi C1 has been confirmed to cost 899 Yuan in China with a 5.5-inch Gorilla Glass display, quad-core processor, steel chassis and 13 mega-pixel camera. The International price is believed to be similar at around $160, however we will have to wait until next week for confirmation, which will be posted on their new international website.

Last year UMi were one of the most talked about Chinese phone makers with the launch of their UMi X2 device, a flagship mediatek phone with 5-inch 1080 display and 2GB RAM. Earlier this year the company launch the X3 a phone with the same body as the new C1 but higher specs and octacore processor.
