Looking a little like the Xiaomi Mi2S, THL have just released the THL 2220C smartphone with octacore processor at quite a nice price.
The 5-inch mid-ranger has a resolution of 1280 x 720 and the panel is an IPS model for improved viewing angles. features include an octacore MT6592M chipset (that’s the low power 1.4Ghz model), 1GB RAM, 8GB memory and space for a 32GB SD card.

Network support is limited to GSM (850/900/1800/1900/ and 3G WCDMA (850/2100Mhz), sorry no LTE on this phone. There is also Bluetooth 4.0. WIFI 802.11b/g/n and an 8 mega-pixel rear and 5 mega-pixel front selfie camera.
As usual THL will be teaming up with international resellers to offer the phone which will costs $179.99.
