Infocus are quickly rising to fame across China and Taiwan with a new focus on powerful smartphones which can be had at budget prices. The Infocus M330 is the latest with an octacore chip.
Infocus is a Foxconn owned and manufactured brand, so to say that the company have some buying power is a bit of an understatement. In Taiwan the M330 costs just $190, yet boasts an octacore Mediatek processor, 5.5-inch OGS display, an 8 mega-pixel “selfie approved” front camera and 13 mega-pixel rear.
The battery hasn’t been forgotten and we see a generous 3100mAh cell powering the Infocus M330, with space left over for a micro SD card (up to 64GB) along with 16GB internal memory and 2GB RAM.
Infocus have also loaded their own custom ROM in to the phone based on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat.
So far the Infocus M330 is only currently on sale in Taiwan, but China is next and resellers will soon be offering the phone internationally soon.
