Vice CEO of Meizu, Li Nan, has continued it conversation about the Meizu MX4 on Weibo by confirming the phone will launch sometime in November.
Originally rumoured to be scheduled for a launch towards the end of October, the Meizu MX4 Pro has now been officially confirmed to launch in November by Li Nan, although an exact date remains a mystery.
The Meizu MX4 Pro will be the true Meizu flagship phone for 2014/2015, and is rumoured to be slightly larger than the current MX4, which a faster Samsung processor, more RAM and a higher price tag.
Li Nan also went on to claim that fans should not expect a phone with a 2K display, Exynos processor, and finger print scanner at the low-price of only 2499 Yuan, stating a 1080 display was more likely. Is the VP being honest or is he attempting a little reverse psychology?

Mixed feelings about this tbh. Personally I have no interest in 2K due to the increased battery drain and performance hit. A larger size is disappointing too, I think oneplus is too big and was hoping for something smaller. I’m also disappointed by the fingerprint scanner design if it is the one rumoured, seems like a step backward…
