If you are rocking either the Meizu MX3 or Meizu MX2 then news that Meizu are rolling out beta version of Flyme 4.0 should be pretty exciting.

Over on Meizu’s official Weibo account in China, the company are calling for 5000 Meizu users of either the MX3 or MX2 to take part in beta testing for Flyme 4.0. So far Flyme 4.0 is only available for the Meizu MX4 but owners of previous Meizu phones are also expecting the update which was announced during the MX4 launch earlier this year.

Apparently the majority of Meizu’s engineers have not been moved over from Flyme 3 to Flyme 4 development meaning that no new updates for the older OS are expected.
