JiaYu have posted more teasers of their JiaYu S3 flagship which include Antutu Benchmarks for the 64bit MT6752 onboard processor.
The JiaYu S3 showed up in photos yesterday and now we have Antutu benchmarks of the phone showing what numbers can be achieved from the 64 bit MT6752 Mediatek processor.
Jaime have opted for the 1.7Ghz version of the octacore MT6752, along with 2GB RAM and a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 display. Running Antutu version 5.1 the result is a benchmark of 36,776 points.
Benchmarks are only part of the picture so the real proof in performance will be how well the phone handles everyday tasks and gaming. We also look forward to seeing how well the advanced version with 3GB RAM handles things.
36,776 points on Antutu isn’t that spectacular if my MT8392 Cube Talk 9X can achieve almost 30,000 points. I’d rather go with MT6595 as that looks like it’s more capable.
Well you have to know that Cube actually cheated Antutu on the Cube Talk 9X but it’s still a very capable tablet scoring almost 30,000 (29,983 to be exact) on the latest Antutu 5.2.0. Is only the MT6592T that’s capable of that in the Mediatek cortex a7 Octacore range. Being that it’s using the tablet version of the 1.7 MT6592
Thanks for getting back at me.
How did they cheat it?
It looks to use MTK8392, 2.0GHz.
maybe this is the latest model.
How fast is yours running?
Actually I think that Cube added a code that fools Antutu into scoring the Talk 9X really very high on Antutu 4.x to 5.0. They also managed to fool Antutu X too. But that changed with the 5.1 update of Antutu. Nevertheless, this is still a very capable and good multitasking tablet. And no the processor is not the 2.0GHz model. It’s actually 1.7GHz but really very fast. I downloaded the latest Antutu last night and I’m surprised it scores up to 29,983 points. I have to tell you that’s an outstanding feat considering that mine is very heavily loaded with apps.
Don’t mind what they say on the Aliexpress link. It’s actually 1.7GHz MT8392 SOC that’s rocking the Talk 9X.
I bought the higher model with 32GB (dark gray colored one) though but even the 16GB model should perform the same. Bought it also from Aliexpress.
Sounds to me like a good case to raise against the seller for false presentation.
Its not entirely their fault but the shoul be honest even though Cube wasn’t.
Let him complain to cube that people are giving bad scorees to his store.
I am sure one would get some money back.
To bad they feel the need to resort to this. It is after all the only tablet from china that has it all.retina, 3g, sensors etc.
Only fault i that it is 100g tto heavi IMO.
IMHO, I don’t think it’s the seller’s fault because that’s exactly how cube advertised the tablet. Even if you go to other website aside from Aliexpress, you’ll still see the same thing.
2.0GHz and 1.7GHz … What’s the difference? Personally, i don’t think it’s enough reason to raise a dispute against the seller. Unless you are being greedy. That’s the way I see it.
You are correct. I wouldn’t cause I am realistic and do my research.
Also I have more than good experience with Chinese sellers. They are very honest and forth comming.
You just need to be an educated consumer.
To bad most people are less honest and would bam the seller.
