JiaYu have released more official photos of their JiaYu S3 plus a few more confirmed details of the specifications inside.
The JiaYu S3 is shaping up to be a phone that I would quite happily own. So far the body of the phone looks well made and subtle, and the specifications are nothing to be sniffed at either!
More official photos posted in the VIP section of the JiaYu Forums, show the alloy chassis of the JiaYu S3, for a firm and lightweight build, plus images of the LED antennas alongside the larger 3000mAh battery.
LDS is a process where an antenna is printed on to the body of the phone to allow for more surface area in a tight or confined space. The idea is these larger antennas will give better LTE, WIFI and GPS performance than regular designs. The images here show the intricate details of the antennas in the JiaYu S3 chassis.
As for the WIFI, JiaYu have confirmed that the 64bit Medikatek MT6752 chipset in the JiaYu S3 will support 5G 802.11b / g / n / ac, Wi-Fi Direct / Miracast, plus Bluetooh 4.1, ti-band GPS, GLONASS, and FM radio,
Finally the S3 won’t be ditching NFC and will have a Near Field Communication chip built-in and both SIM card trays in the phone will support 4G LTE!
All in all the specs, look and build of the JiaYu S3 are all very promising! We can’t wait to see it in the flesh!
Looks promising 😉
