iMacwear is a new company focussing on wearable devices, and hope to replace your phone with the release of their iMacwear M7 watch.
Manufacturers who focus on the wearable market are split in to one of 3 types. There is the group who want to make something simple for fitness tracking (Mi Band), there are those device which a designed to be a companion to your phone (LG G Watch) and there are those watches who aim to completely replace your phone.
The iMacwear M7 is an Android smartwatch designed to completely replace your current Android or iOS phone by offering 2G and 3G WCDMA call and browsing facilities, 1.6-inch touch screen, WIFI and even a built in 5 mega-pixel camera.
Gizchina News of the week
Looking at the design of the iMacwear M7, the watch is very similar to the first generation Omate Truesmart, but with a more refined alloy body. The watch boosts a 1.2Ghz processor, 512mb RAM , 4GB internal memory, 600mAh battery and runs Android OS, so you should be able to install popular apps but the size of the screen might limit certain functions.
iMacwear M7
iMacwear will launch the M7 in China and HongKong on 20th November for $159 which is an attractive price, but we are still uncertain at just how functional a watch like this is, and how many people would actually be happy replacing their phone with a watch.

This watch is sold under loads of different names. I bought it and the load speaker broke within a month. A lot of Android apps don’t work on it because of the tiny screen. Even Google Play Music would not load.
Hi Android TV, even though the same mold might be used. The specs could be completely different. Could you share a link to the same watch selling on a different name?
PW306 is one of them. It’s identical. Even the pattern on the strap is the same: http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6136957735.html – Same watch, different name.
That’s just another rebrand of it. I bought mine from China and I can assure you it cost no where near 299 Euros that Awatch are charging. I don’t know which company manufactured it, but I doubt it was Awatch when it’s a lot cheaper in China.
No rebrand, Awatch is on the market from August 26th 2014; so Awatch will persecute Chinavasion / Imacwear both in Usa and Europe to sell the copy of Awatch: http://www.thelongrun.it/2014/08/26/awatch-vapirius-s19-watchmobilephone-aggredisce-mercato/

🙂 But I got mine in June from AliExpress. That’s before the date you claim Awatch created it. I’ve got the email receipts and account history to show the date in June. Awatch did not create this watch. It’s a copy.
Actually you bought 1 sample and after 1 month you say: ” I bought it and the load speaker broke within a month. A lot of Android apps don’t work” .. that’s why you bought the copy: “Awatch” has no problems, speaker is great, apps work great as well. The problem is that “Awatch” has passed all CE tests (for 3 months) and only after this period we could sell it worldwide legally; “Awatch” is an italian BRAND, registered in Italy; you can see the logo on our “Awatch”. Instead all Companies sell devices without logo printed are illegal! People need guarantee. and without logo no guarantee. “Awatch” has its own logo on each watch that is why people trust us and buy the original “Awatch”.
Thanks dear Androidtv.

Tell me this, does Google Play Music work on the “Awatch”? I’m finding it a little different that you cannot grasp the concept, that I bought my watch before the “Awatch” was even onsale.
So I’ll play along with you. Just let me know about Google Music….
