Hot on the heels of the Nvidia Shield gaming tablet is the Ramos i9 Gaming Edition with choice of either Windows or Android OS running on its Intel chipset.
Nvidia have opened the doors for new possibilities with their gaming tablet, and we are going to see lots of interest in the market from Chinese companies hot to take advantage of the game console ban in China.
The Ramos i9 Gaming Edition tablet is one of the first we have seen so far and ships complete with a Bluetooth gamepad and your choice of either Android 4.4 Kitkat or Windows 8.1.

The 8.9-inch tablet has a screen resolution of 1920 x 1800, not as much as we would have hoped but enough to keep the frame rate reasonable during gameplay. Processing comes courtesy of 1.8Ghz Intel Atom Z3735F processor, there is 2GB RM an 32GB of internal storage.
If you intend to use the tablet while out and about there are a couple of basic cameras and an 8000mAh battery included too. Pricing in China is around 1499 Yuan which roughly converts to $245.
