The Oppo R5 isn’t the only slim phone they are offering, the Oppo R1C will also be available soon with slightly thicker body and 64bit Snapdragon processor.
Not as thin as it’s more costly brother the Oppo R1C (seen on TENAA as the R8207), is the latest (3rd by our count) incarnation of the Oppo R1. The newest version in the R1 line up features the same glass and alloy body which made the original phone popular, but with faster internals to keep up with todays top end phones.
The 6.85mm Oppo R1C is powered by an octacore chipset, but not from Mediatek, instead the phone uses a 64bit Snapdragon 615 chip from Qualcomm which also means the phone will happily run on LTE networks too.

It will also feature a 5-inch 720p display, micro SD card for up to 128GB SD cards, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, 13 mega-pixel rear camera and 5 mega-pixel front. So far Oppo seem to be offering the R1C in Asian countries only in either white or blue, but the phone could become available elsewhere over time.
