Vivo launched their slender X5 Max today, and those who have the phone early have already posted images comparing the 4.75mm phone to other smartphones.
Weibo celebrity “Mobile Uncle” was at the Vivo launch and managed to get his hands on the Vivo X5 Max and get some photos of the packaging and comparison images with the Oppo R5 and an iPhone 4s.
There isn’t really anything special about the box, and it looks like the same design as the Vivo Xshot and Xplay 3S (if memory serves correctly). The phone itself though is of interest.

That slim body is only a fraction thinner than the Oppo R5, and as you can see in these photos they two slim phones are actually very similar to each other.
Compared to the iPhone 4S, the Vivo X5 Max is incredibly slim. In fact the Vivo looks slim enough to git inside the old style 30 pin dock connector on the iPhone!.
