It didn’t take Elephone long to take their slim G7 phone from render to real product, and already presales have started.
Measuring only 5.5mm thick (claimed), the G7 is the thinnest Elephone smartphone the company has ever released, but it doesn’t benefit from the highest specification we have seen from the company.
According the specs on the presale page, the $149.99 G7, comes with just 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory, with a slower MT6592M octacore chipset. Those specs are a little on the low-side compared to even Elephone’s own P6000 which has a 64bit processor , LTE and 2GB RAM for $169.99.
Gizchina News of the week
Other details include a 5.5-inch 720p display, 2650mAh battery, dual SIM, and Micro SD card slot. The G7 supports both 3G and GSM, but you won’t find LTE on here.
So a slim phone the Elephone G7 might be, but for just a little more, you might be better to look at other phones in Elephone’s range.
If the G7 does tickle your fancy though you can pre order the phone through the Elephone.cc website with free 16GB SD card, but be warned that their is currently no confirmed release date.
Now what’s the relationship between brand names and the issue on ground? Does IPhone : Elephone mean they cloned the iPhone 6?
I don’t see much of a resemblence at all. It looks like any number of white rectangular smartphones on the market today. Apple didn’t invent the white smartphone.
So because the iPhone 6 is white someone cannot make white coloured phones with narrow bezels anymore?
