We are on the brink of a 64bit phone war at the moment, and manufacturers are getting together their armaments in preparation for battle. JiaYu and iOcean have both recently revealed Antutu benchmarks for their respective 3GB RAM, MT6752 phones, with the JiaYu S3 managing to get the slight upper hand. iOcean’s response is to release video footage of their Antutu to as actual proof of what their phone is capable of.

A phone is more than just AnTuTu marks, it is an amagam of many parts and so many factors combine to make a good phone. This emphasis on high AnTuTu scores is not understandable.
Totally agree. Some chinese makers only care about cpu/gpu horse power. This is enough for kids that want to play games, but not enough for many other users. How about NFC, IRDA, MHL, OTG, GPS-Glonass-Beidou, Camera specs, SAR, battery etc etc.
Since people have made Antutu that important, why won’t they use that? Bragging rights you know. That processor is a decent one nonetheless.
Might as well get JiaYu S3 at that price. You get an extra SD card slot and 3GB ram.
I believe that is the price for China. It will be around $260 for the other countries . 🙁
The jiayu seems better according to me. In doubt between the jiayu s3, the elephone p7000 or getting the screen of my Nexus 5 fixed.
