It has been a while since Lenovo acquired Motorola from its erstwhile owner, Google. It was believed that Lenovo would make use of the existing Motorola resources and fuse them with its own expertise to dish out some affordable products in the markets where Motorola prevailed. However, it turns out Lenovo is keen on giving its home country some Moto goodness; the company today announced three Motorola phones for China, that also mark Motorola’s re-entry into the Chinese market.
The three devices — the Moto X 2014, Moto G 2014 and Moto X Pro — are set to be available in China, starting with the Moto G 2014 on February 10th. The Moto X will be available via Motorola.com.cn, complete with Moto Maker customization that it is best known for. It’ll have a starting price of 3299 CNY (US$530), while the less-expensive Moto G will go for an equivalent of US$210.
Gizchina News of the week
The Moto X Pro that the company announced is nothing but the Nexus 6 with a new name. The phone will go on sale in March, with the pricing info not disclosed as of yet. Lastly, the Moto 360 smartwatch, and the Moto Hint Bluetooth accessory will be made available later this year, with pricing info set to be announced before the commencement of availability.

That’s a tough one. I like the Moto X, so I guess we can 😉
We should consider nearly every phone Chinese. The majority of phones are made in Chinese factories, mostly in Shenzen.
Iphone is a Chinese made phone.
They need to revise their pricing. In China you can get xiaomi redmi 2 (with better spec and more features) for almost half the price of moto g!
