LeTV start the weekend with a partial look at the rear of their new phone

letv phone design leaked

LeTV are slowly working up to a full on unveil of their new flagship phone, with a good close look at part of the rear of their new phone to start the weekend.

We’ve seen a couple of blurry leaks of the LeTV phone in the past, but this new image is the clearest we have seen of the phone yet. In the image we see an all metal construction with design nods to the iPhone 6.

Around the edge of the phone is more angular to the iPhone though, and in previous teasers LeTV are reported to be launching a phone the same size as the latest iPhone but with a larger display.

Gizchina News of the week

Specifications just what flagship phone enthusiasts are looking for with a 2K display up front, 21 mega-pixel rear camera on the rear, while inside the alloy case a Snapdragon 810 chipset with 4GB RAM on tap will run Android 5.0 Lollipop. This set up offers Antutu scores of over 60,000 points as we posted yesterday.

We are certainly looking forward to the launch of LeTV’s phones, and hope that their sponsorship of MWC this year means they will release their devices internationally.

THATS the biggest issues surrounding these ‘WOW FACTOR’ phones.. they’re priced for an aristocrats , rather than for a public consumer..

The big issue here is how tightly integrated the software is going to be with LeTV’s entertainment business or, more cynically, just how messed up the Android build will be.
