iOcean have released their MT6752 phone in Europe through an authorised Italian distributor to make shipping and after-sales plain sailing.

While we all love the fact that our Chinese phones come with the latest hardware, and at the lowest prices, it can sometimes be a concern when a warranty issue crops up or after-sales support is needed. Just like the quality of their phones, Chinese companies are getting better, and some are now officially working with international resellers.

Gizchina News of the week

iOcean have announced via their official Facebook page, that the iOcean Rock MT6752 will be officially available through iOcean.it for European customers. As usual the retail price is slightly higher (249 Euros), but the higher price ensures no hidden taxes, fast shipping and 24 month warranty.

The iOcean MT6752 comes with 3GB RAM, 64bit processor, LTE, 5.5-inch display and 13 mega-pixel rear camera.

This actually seems legit. The biggest problem with importing a phone from China is the warranty and the hidden costs they may appear. While it does seem you are paying double for it you do get a 2 year warranty. This is great for people that don’t trust Chinese resellers too much.
