The IUNI U3 Mini made a surprise appearance at MWC this year, and now shows up at TENAA for network approval.
Usually it is TENAA that leaks a new phone before we get our hands on it, but this time around TENAA aren’t the source of the first IUNI U3 Mini sightings. During MWC in Barcelona we managed to get our hands on the new mini sized IUNI, which is mostly the same as the 5.5-inch U3 only in a small package and with navigation controls on the chin of the phone rather than onscreen.
Gizchina News of the week
TENAA details list the U3 mini as a smaller phone, but according to the details the screen is a 5.15-inch panel rather than 5-inch, and a resolution of 1920 x 1080. Dimension of the phone are 139 x 70.5 x 9.5mm with a 2900mAh battery 2GB RAM, 32GB internal memory, 13 mega-pixel rear and 8 mega-pixel front camera.
The processor is a Snapdragon 801 running a 2.3Ghz running Android 4.4.4. Pricing for the IUNI U3 hasn’t been revealed yet, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see the cost as low as 1400 Yuan in China.

Still a little big for a “mini” phone, but the specs are good
Smaller than most 5″ phones due to tiny bezels
