Ulefone Be Pure Specifications Revealed

Ulefone have begun teasing the Be Pro, the real name of the Ulefone Be Pro Mini. Here are full specification details of this 5-inch phone.

When Ulefone announced that they were building a smaller ‘mini’ version of their BePro we were quite excited. The idea of a 5-inch phone with 64bit processor, LTE, and 2GB RAM sounded really tempting, but the official details leave much to be desired.

Specs for the mini phone, revealed to actually be named the Ulefone BePure, included 1GB RAM, an octacore MT6592 chipset, 5-inch IPS display, 13 mega-pixel main camera and Android 5.0 (some time later in the year). Ulefone have even announced pricing for the BePure, $149.99 is what the mini phone will cost (unless that’s misdirection on their part) which is a little steep when compared to the newly launched Mlais M52.

Seriously, 6732 should be the new standard already. Stop using last-gen crappy chips on new phones.

  I don’t mind if they use the 6592 but they shouldn’t be pricing it in the same category as 6732. A 6592 phone should never be more than $115.

I was rather excited at first, but then read the text…
First of all, the price is too high for what it offers. I wanted just a smaller version of BePro and guess other people wanted the same.
Even though I have big hands, I still think 5″ is the optimal size for a smartphone (with relatively thin bezels and compact body).
But… 1GB RAM and outdated 6592 for that price? You must be joking. 6592 is not bad, but not suitable for that price range. And I believe 2GB RAM should be the standard now.
For that price you should have used 6732.
The camera is mediocre and interpolated to 13MP, stop advertising it as something it isn’t.
Why do you cripple the “mini” version? There would be customers for both versions. Many people prefer 5″ over 5,5″ and you would actually be able to use the same ROM for both phones!

I got Jiayu s3 Basic..for the same price, but with a 15% chinese new year discount coupon..
Ulefone and elephone both are big jokes dude.
