Like Xiaomi, Huawei want to be part of a bigger part of consumers life and have released a new lower cost version of their Honor Router.
The new version of the Huawei Honor router looks like a smaller version of their previous device with a smaller price tag. In China the smart router will cost only 188 Yuan (or $30) which is enough for Huawei to have given the device a dual core processor, dual band WIFI. Other features include built-in security features and a WIFI accelerator for boosting the performance and speed of WIFI connection.
No chance of an official international launch at this stage but expect online resellers to begin offering the device in the coming weeks.
