The OnePlus One was one of the best phones from 2014, but it had its own share own controversy thanks to the crazy invite system.
However, a little less than a year since its announcement (the phone was announced April 23rd, 2014), the company has revealed that the phone will finally be available invite-free. Up until now, since a couple of months or so, the phone had been having weekly invite-free Tuesdays.
The OnePlus One comes with a decent processor in the Snapdragon 801, and has 3GB of RAM and almost every other feature you could think of on a 2014 flagship. OnePlus is due for a major announcement today (or so it appears), so this could very well be a build up sort of a thing.
