Acer Liquid X2 gets tri-sim support and 4000mAh battery

acer liquid x2

Acer have launched their latest Acer Liquid X2 device this week with claimed 2 day battery life from the large 4000mAh battery.

With all the exciting launches this month, the release of the Acer Liquid X2 this week managed to fly under our radar, but the phone is worth mentioning and boasts some nice features.

At 5.5-inch, with a 13 mega-pixel main camera and 64bit processor (it is unknown if it is a Mediatek or Qualcomm chip) the Liquid 2 sounds like just about any mid-range/flagship smartphone of the year, but a few little details have it stand out from the rest.

First us is the large 4000mAh battery which offers a claimed 2 days of battery life from a single charge. Next us is Tri-Sim support, a feature we have seen used in rare occasions in the past.

Acer are aiming the Liquid X2 for business types who spend time away from home, but anyone who has an interest in traveling and being away from a power supply might find the phone a promising buy.

Thanks to Simon for the tip!

Unfortunately none of the Chinese manufacturers bring their devices officially to most countries outside of Asia.
