Partial specifications of the Vivo X5Pro have been revealed today, but are they official or are they a hoax?
Vivo are not aiming the X5Pro at flagship buyers it seems, as partial specifications posted today tell of a fancy phone with mid-range hardware.
The Vivo X5 Pro will be aimed at users who don’t require the hardware of a flagship phone, but do require quality build, high end materials, the latest Android version and long battery life.
Posted earlier on Weibo, the below image claims that the Vivo X5Pro will pack a large 3500mAh battery, Snapdragon 615 CPU (possibly the faster 2nd gen version), 32 mega-pixel front camera, phase detection auto focus main camera, and Funtouch 2.0 based on Android 5.0 Lollipop.

The specifications also tell of a 2.5D glass display, type C USB and a fingerprint scanner hidden behind the logo on the chin of the phone.
A render is also seen on the teaser showing a glass and alloy phone with what appears to be a 3.5mm headphone jack. Previous rumours have also pointed at 3GB RAM and a screen between 5.5-6 inches.
The Vivo X5Pro will be launched in China in May with a global launch between May and July.
