Mlais have released the official full specifications of their Mlais MX smartphone, with huge battery. Keep reading for the full details.
Last evening Mlais announced the full specification details of their Mlias M7 flagship (read them here), and now this morning they have posted the official specifications for their Mlais MX, a smartphone with 4800mAh battery.
We’ve been seeing a lot more large battery phones over the past few months, the most recent model coming from phone maker Bluboo, but Mlais have the MX representing them in this market segment.
For the Mlais MX, Mlais are concentrating on battery life rather than pure performance, so it is unsurprising to see a 5-inch HD 1280 x 720 display, and quad-core MT6735 chipset. The MT6735 is a newer 64bit quad-core processor with LTE (B1/3/7/720 800/1800/2100/2600Mhz), and runs Android 5.0 out of the box with the aid of 2GB RAM.
Gizchina News of the week
Dual SIM support, a micro SD card bay for 64bit cards, incase the 16GB internal memory isnt enough, 13 mega-pixel main camera and 8 mega-pixel 88 degree wide angle front camera make up the rest of the MX hardware.
Mlais have also implemented fast charging for the 4800mAh battery, although they haven’t given any figures on charge times.
Mlais haven’t announced the price, but have revealed that the Mlais MX will come in white, black, and blue and measures in at 145.8 x 71.5 x 9.9mm. Pricing hasn’t been revealed as Mlais plan to launch a giveaway with fans asked to guess the RRP of the phone. More details as we get them.

I’m liking the 5″ form factor, and it does look fairly good. 9.9mm is abit big, but can imagine that being a woping 4800mah. I would look forward to a review with battery life considering the 720p display and quad a53 at 1.5ghz. I’d imagine around 8h on screen time. If mlais get their standby power consumption to be reasonable I’d expect maybe 3 days. Would be very interesting to also see a review with how far lollipops power saving mode goes on this too. Can’t wait to buy this and test it. Also pricing, I think 800rmb
