Update: Elephone P7000 Flash Sale Kicks Off Today

In just a few hours time Elephone will start their limited flash sale for the Elephone P7000 Pioneer for the special intro price of only $159.99!

UPDATE: The sale has now ended. Elephone say that the stock of their current sale has all been reserved by ELE code holders and that they plan to hold another sale later in the week.

A few weeks ago Elephone announced that they would be offering limited numbers of their P7000 flagship at a speical launch price of only $159.99! With a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 display, octacore MT6752 processor, 3GB RAM and IMX214 Sony main camera, the price is incredibly low and grabbed many Chinese smartphone fans attention.

If you had registered for the flash sale then you should have already received an “ELE” code. Later today (5PM UTC+8:00), the flash sale will being over on the Elephone website where you will be asked to enter your “ELE” code to secure the flagship phone at the intro price. After receiving confirmation of the order you will then have 48 hours to pay for the phone.

So who has an “ELE” code and who is going to be taking part in the flash sale?

I don’t think so they have already sent the code for selected customers. This is the process listed below…
Activity process:
1. After the success of snapping up on the activity page, you might get an ELE code.
2. Go to shop for ELEPHONE P7000 at the price of $229.99 from the online shop which you have picked.
3. After ordering, your must provide ELE code to customer service.
4. Customer service will change the original price ($229.99)to $159.99.
5. After the price is changed, please pay for your order.
6. Pay success and waiting for shipments.
7. ELE code is available for next 48 hours.
8. If any online shop doesn’t carry out this rule, please contact us immediately.

Those who have already registered for snap up event can try their luck. As far as the number’s are concerned it might be in low thousands ( my best guess ) they cannot sell devices with no profits for a long time.

yeah Elephone just screwed me, tried getting ELE code from three different devices on the very first second, just clicked the snap in button, entered email like superman styled but failed to get ELE code. Elephone you suck

Sounds like I’m one of the lucky ones, as I did manage to get an Ele Code.. How I use it? No idea.. Doesn’t work as a coupon code on coolicool.

    The Congratulations! This is your ELE code, is probably an indication that I did.
    The instructions for using said code are fairly vague. “Give the code to the online shop. Then pay the reduced price.”

Biggest sham. The only winner is Elephone who have raised their advertising and profile for free at the expense of idiots like us staring at the screen patiently hoping this shiny turd will take our worries away when in fact it has only increased them. Going with the Asus Zenfone 2.
It’s a two stage lottery, 1. Get the code from the site. 2. Try the lottery on purchase. I signed up with three different family members. Only received the email for applciation on one. Entered this the first second on the site. Waited patiently for an hour to get that message. It’s a sham, but a clever one at the expense of the customers time. They’re hoping people then buy the phone at the higher price given the emotional interest invested. Instead of supporting these clowns go with a provider who doesn’t play silly games such as Asus, Lenovo, Jiayu, ZTE.
