Elephone’s fast turning in to the OnePlus of the Chinese ‘export’ brands. Never before have Elephone been in the limelight so much, and from what is coming, we don’t see this ending too soon.
The Elephone P7000 has finally started shipping from most e-stores. This has come after a long, agonizing wait; only time will tell if the wait was worth it. The P7000 is the current Elephone flagship, but we aren’t really sure how long it’ll stay that way.
This is because more and more information and leaks around the NEXT flagship, i.e., the P8000 have starting showing. Perhaps Elephone feel that releasing one flagship per year is too mainstream?
Nonetheless, we just got our hands on some pictures of the Elephone P8000, which, needless to say, depict a looker of a phone. The question is, however, will the phone be as good looking as the renders and early pictures depict? We can only hope so. Phones such as the Ulefone Be Touch and the Ecoo E04 Aurora are plagued with thick bezels below the screen, and we truly hope the P8000 doesn’t live the same fate.
The phone will have the new MediaTek MT6753 CPU along with 3GB RAM, 16GB ROM and a 5.5-inch screen… and will be made available via resellers such as GearBest (…in the coming months? Weeks?).
