Photos of another Meizu device have been seen today on the back of news that Meizu are currently inviting media to an event later this month.
The images posted on Chinese tech sites show a white rear panel for a new Meizu phone that sources indicate is the next generation Meizu M2, the replacement for the small m1 phone that released in China earlier in the year.
According to sources the Meizu m2 will features a plastic unibody design and a 4.6-inch 1920 x 1080 display. Sources go on to say that the phone will likely use a Mediatek MT6753 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal memory and run Flyme based on Android 5.1.
The leaks come at the same time that news of a Meizu launch at the end of the June began to hit the web.

That will be 6753, not 6752 (check source)
Looking forward to it. What’s the estimated price?
i hope less than m2 note, if international version like m2 note, then i will get it!
I don’t know Meizu is known for using non standard sizes when it comes to many of their models.
MX – 4.0 inches (at the time 4.5 and 4.7 were popular)
MX2 – 4.4 inches
MX3 – 5.1 inches
MX4 – 5.36 inches
It wasnt until the M1 and MX4 Pro that they made a phone with a normal screen size. They have never been afraid to do their own thing.
mi1s – 4″ (about the same time as MX)
mi2 – 4.3″
mi3 – 5″
mi4 – 5″
The sizes are not much different.
Anyway, m line is a different thing.
Screen size is only part of the picture. Xiaomi phones have the typical 16:9 aspect ratio. Meizu MX2 was 16:10 while MX3, MX4 and M1 are 15:9. Only now with the Note and Note 2 (and possibly this M2) have they started to use 16:9 screens.
The sizes for the Mi series are standard phone sizes for the most part. 5 inch is an industry standard. Meizu has always been a little above or a little below which is why 4.6 isn’t that hard to believe, given the industry standards are 4.5, 4.7 or 5.
