Flash sales are an easy way to promote a phone and becoming more common in the Chinese smartphone market. Zeaplus are taking advantage of the sale model for their M7 flagship.
The Zeaplus M7 follows the same formula as a handful of other phones. It comes with a 64bit processor, 5.5-inch FHD display, 13 mega-pixel Sony main camera, 3GB RAM and Android Lollipop out of the box plus there is a fingerprint scanner on the rear.
Like so many others it too has a great retail price of only $199, but during a special flash sale Zeaplus will sell the M7 for just $149! There is a difference though. Zeaplus say that they actually have stock of the M7 and will ship phones directly where as other phone makers have offered low pricing for just presale phones.
More details of the M7 and flash sale over on the Zeaplus website.
Looks like an Elephone P7000 clone? Hopefully ROMs will be compatible if that’s the case.
looks alot like the Mlais m7 with a bit of a change to the rear design
You’re right there as well…
Do you know if it has the same ugly black borders as the P7000? That’s the only bad thing about that phone cosmetically.
Any opinions on the Zeaplus brand and smartphones? Are they to be trusted?
Yes, I have a zeaplus dm360 watch, it’s best smart watch from china.
ugly af, black bars
Looks nice, affordable top level phone
I cancelled my preorder of elephone p7000, I ordered a month ago, still on processing
It’s the same as the MIJUE T500 which i doubt will have a lot of support.
I wish I knew more about zeaplus in terms of their track record but the specs and pricing look very sweet indeed on this one.
Their track record for phones has been a lot of announcements with no product to show for it. They did make a decent smartwatch tho.
It’s definately worth a look then if it can be had for $149
Assuming they actually release a phone this time it would be worth a look. But this is the third phone they promoted as having great specs at a low price and failed to deliver. One of them was the M4 which was a clone of the Xiaomi Mi4. That one there was a problem with the OEM who was making them and several other Mi4 clones were also cancelled (including the Elephone P4000). Personally with company like this with little history of making phones I would wait till it comes out before giving them any money.
All day long my eyes are on their $149 deal and their FB page and it’s still out of stock. These guys just don’t know what they’re doing…:/
It’s not a bad deal
It’s the same phone as Mijie T500. Many twins we have this year.
