Ulefone Be Touch 2 Antutu, New Packaging and Scratch Test Video

ulefone be touch 2

If you are waiting for a Ulefone Be Touch 2 to arrive with you then you might want to pass the time with the following video and Antutu details.

The Be Touch 2 is an updated version of the standard Be Touch. Upgrades to the phone include a larger 3050mAh battery. The octacore Mediatek MT6752 processor, 3GB RAM and fingerprint scanner remain.

It seems that Ulefone have also performed a little optimisation to the Be Touch 2 as well, with Antutu benchmarks now reaching 45,678 points. Antutu isn’t the only sign of a well optimised phone though but from our experiences with the current Be Touch we are hopeful the phone will perform well.

For those of you on the edge, not certain if to buy the phone or not, maybe the following scratch test performed on the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display will sway you. The video also shows how readable the Be Touch 2’s screen is on a sunny day.

Gizchina News of the week

If you are waiting for the arrival of your new phone then you might be happy to see that the first few batches of Be Touch 2 are already boxed up and ready for shipping. You will also see the new Be Touch 2 packaging in the photos too.

I was lucky enough to buy one of these in the flash sale last night. Really looking forward to this phone. Hope they send the out fairly soon and the wait isn’t too long.

Although I am not too sure how sharp some of those devices are in the scratch test. The key in particular looks very ’rounded’ to me.

Have to agree Omer. Not much physical force used in those tests but then again, I am pretty careful with my devices and make sure they are no where near keys or coins in the same pocket anyway. I think this is more gimmick than anything else worthwhile…

Whatever you do please stay away from GEARBEST SCAMMERS.

The biggest bunch of Chinese robbers in the INTERNET.

Had to claim my money to my Bank, stupid me to ignore the comments about them and succumb to the low prices.

Please Andy you should make public a list of untrustworthy Chinese sites in which NOT buying your phones.

Gearbest is one of the most reliable resellers, they have resend me phones that have been lost be my local postal office no questions asked, and once I didn’t pay the insurance and they just charged me $30 to resend me the package.

Their policy on warranties is not the best since they always ask you to resend the products no matter how small the problem is while other resellers ask for a video and offer you a refund based on the problem and possible cost to fix it.

I been buying with them for nearly a year and I can’t be happier with their service, just right now credit card payments doesn’t seem to be working.

I have recently ordered my phone there, a xiaomi powerbank and some phone cases all on separate occasions and I haven’t had any problem with them except for them claiming my phone was in stock while it wasn’t. However they notified me of this fact with their apologies and the possibility to cancel my order or to switch it to any other phone I’d like. Most Chinese webshops would just let you wait (which I ended up doing anyway because I didn’t want to change my order). Think this was as well as they could’ve solved it so no problems here.

I had good experience with them.

The only problem I had with them (Gerabest) is two packages never arrived! I had 9 orders with them. The two lost orders were “free Shipping” type. With high value purchase (like phones) I always pay extra for expedite (takes 10 days to Oz) shipping and tracking. I did get my refund for the lost packages, but have to wait for 60 days after purchase before they will issue a refund. They do reply to emails and that is good thing. Can be slow in processing orders.

Who did you use to ship it? Did you contact them first? I had one package get lost with DHL, they investigated it and refunded the full shipping charge and the reseller sent me a new one for free and covered the shipping fee for DHL. That wasn’t Gearbest though that was 1949deal or Meirmobiles can’t remember which one as I use both of them often.

The lost packages were China Post free shipping – only for low value items ($20). I always contact the seller for late/lost delivery. But, Gearbest customer service insist I waited for 60 days before they will issue refund. I also contact my local post office (the Oz postal office couldn’t care less). As I said, they always reply to my emails.I will still buy from them, but I make sure that I pay extra for expedite, registered shipping.

I also didn’t have any problems with Gearbest. I had bought a phone on pre-sale and after it ended they took the money using my Paypal. Two days later I found a coupon that would have saved me a lot of money and although they couldn’t apply it on my order and since it hadn’t shipped out yet, they refunded my money and I was able to buy it again at a much lower price.

Typed GEARBEST SCAMMERS in to Google and one of the top links is Reseller Ratings where they get 8.9 out of 10 from 1,777 reviews. That’s pretty damn good for a Chinese based reseller.

Also typing gearbest scammers is like typing the name of a phone with issues behind it. No matter for what phone you do this the end result will be that there’s all sorts of things wrong with the phone. This isn’t necessarily true and will probably be only a few cases but you won’t know because you’re specifically looking for problems. Also seriously when they have almost 2000 good reviews that is all fake? Does that make more sense to you than the fact that you could just be wrong?

            • June 20, 2015
