For years now China has been home to small USB device that can turn your TV in to an Android smart TV, but with Intel’s help we are seeing more power mini PC versions hitting the market and not just from smaller companies either.
PC giant Lenovo are the latest company to jump on-board the mini PC bandwagon with their all new Ideacenter Stick 300. Like the Android sticks that came before it, the Stick 300 slots in to the HDMI slot of your TV.

Although just a small device, Lenovo have managed to cram in standard and mini size USB, micro SD card reader, 32GB eMMC memory, 2GB RAM and an Intel Atom Z3735F processor.
Pricing for the Stick 300 is just $129, with a release date for the product being sometime this July.

Give me a mediatek stick with decent GPU acceleration in Linux and I’ll be happy. I’m not paying extra money just to get x86 running at a slower speed.
