I don’t know what’s happened to Doogee, but the company has suddenly turned hyperactive. Of course, no real phones as such, but they’re at least sending out a lot of info,
Only yesterday did we report about the upcoming DG700 Pro which would have a very powerful set of specifications. Today, news about the Doogee F3 reached our desks.
The F3 looks a lot like the Galaxy S6, but seems different enough to not be called a clone. Specifications of the phone include a 5-inch HD display, the new MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM and a 2200mAh battery. Cameras, or at least the 13 mega-pixel main camera on the rear, will be a Samsung unit — a far cry from the usual IMX214 that you get to see.
Pricing is set at US$149, which although isn’t crazy impressive, does sound good for a phone with a decent set of specs and more importantly, good build quality, which we hope will be the case with the Doogee F3. Surprisingly, there’s no mention of a fingerprint scanner which seems to have become staple for Chinese phones.

Is it me or it has edges like S6 Edge ?
It looks pretty good, looks to be a lot thicker than the S6 and the rear camera is kinda unsightly but overall not bad.
It’s probably going to break down after 3 months like most of their phones
I still have my first Doogee phone working like the first time I got it about 2 years ago, a DG100.
Also sold about 200 Doogee phones and only one was a total disaster due a corrupted 1GB+8GB chip and about 5-6 DG580 suffered from pressure points, but yeah I just sold DG800, DG310, DG580 and DG280 (well and 3 DG700 for a client) and I think those are their most solid phones, right now I’m back to using a DG580 since I sold my Nubia Z7 Mini and I’m waiting on my Mi4 that will replace it, and my only complain from coming from a 2014 flagship to a budget phone is that MiBand disconnects all the time.
