Zopo Z Watch launched

zopo z watch launched

Zopo’s first wearable has been launched in China with international pre-sales starting on the 3rd August.

Zopo hired two time Moto-GP World Champion to usher in their latest devices, a watch and new smartphone range. The Z Watch is the first wearable from Zopo and features a round IPS touch screen on a stainless steel body in gold, black or silver.

Powered by a Mediatek MTK2502A processor with 128MB RAM the watch connects to either Android or iOS devices via Bluetooth 4.0 for instant voice answering, alarms and general exercise and sleep monitoring.

Keeping with the health related features is a heart rate monitor and pedometer.

A 320Mah battery seems quite large for the 12.5mm thick watch, but only time will tell if it is enough to get through a full day of use or not.

Zopo will be releasing the Z Watch internationally from the 3rd August with a delivery time of around the 20th August scheduled. For more details head over to the official Zopo website.

With this kind of hardware you should get more like 3 days of battery life not one (just like with the other 200 different watches with similar hardware).

Once again, the useless black border attacks…. 🙁 It’s a shame to see those bezels.
