Ulefone has a decent marketing team working for them. That’s how the young-ish Chinese maker manages to remain in the media limelight all the time.
Earlier today, we reported that Ulefone was working on the all new Ulefone Paris, which will likely have the MT6753 octa-core chipset. It’s just been a few hours since that, and there’s already another bit of info from Ulefone that you might want to see. It’s got to do with how the rear of the Ulefone Be Touch 2 is nearly dirt-proof and easy to clean.
Xiaomi’s Mi 4i features similar dirt resistance, among other phones. Ulefone have however gone ahead to make a full fledged video to showcase the ‘functionality’. The Be Touch 2 is the current Ulefone flagship which replaces the Be Touch which was launched only a couple of months back.
Take a look at the video below. Please note the markers used don’t seem like permanent markers, but whiteboard markers that are a lot easier to wash off. Nonetheless, the non-affinity of the rear to the ink is not bad.
Not bad. Kinda strengthening my decision to purchase Ulefone Be Touch 2 for my wife. She loves the phone’s design and also the circular home button and fingerprint scanner.
I would be wary of any Elephone product until they actually release a phone problem free. The P6000 was the closest they had so far but even that had some issues. I especially wouldnt pay anything over $200 for an Elephone. Besides the Vowney doesn’t come out until next month.
Elephonian is a peculiar and tricky language. Here are translations of a few key time expressions:
“tomorrow” = next week or the one after;
“next week” = at least a month from now;
“next month” = we never look that far ahead but that should be about 6 months from now;
“in a few months” = probably not in this lifetime
For $300 you can buy many of last years flagships like Xiaomi Mi4, Huawei Honor 6 and One Plus One. All of them are still excellent phones today. But for even less you can buy the Asus Zenfone 2 and Jiayu S3.
That is my current phone, I will be doing a full review on it in a few weeks
Meizu mx5 is about 370 USD for the 32 GB version?
Can you tell me if worth the money?
I haven’t used the phone yet but if its anything like the MX4/MX4 Pro it will be well worth the money. Meizu makes some excellent devices and they use top quality components in their devices.
Well, it’s whiteboard marker which is made to erase easily.
Try using permanent marker!
