The OnePlus 2 has some neat features but they are hardly unique to the handset, as Doogee demonstrate with features from their own Doogee F3 and F3 Pro.
Doogee’s F3 and F3 Pro models will be two of the best equipped Doogee phones to ever come out of China. In earlier details it was revealed that the F3 would come built around a handsome chassis with 2.5D glass and up to 3GB RAM, now additional details make it sound all the more intriguing.
According to the latest Doogee press release, the F3 will come with a Samsung 3M2 CMOs sensor with a fast autofocus of only 0.1 Seconds. The details say the phone boasts PDAF (phase detection auto focus) and remarkable low-light image processing.
The two phones will come with either 2GB or 3GB RAM both boasting the same Mediatek MT6753 octacore chipset, LTE and Android 5.1 OS with double tap to wake, gesture control, Hotknot and even voice commands.
In addition to the RAM differences the Pro and standard models will come with different resoultion 5-inch displays. The Pro getting a FHD 1920 x 1080 and the standard a HD 1280 x 720 panel. Both will have a fully laminated finish and 2.5D curved glass.
The 6.8mm thick phone is built on an alloy chassis with glass rear panel, however should you wish to switch styles, there will be optional style swap covers available for the Doogee F3 including Ebony, Bamboo, black or white.
What is most exciting about the phone is the retail price. The standard glass version of the Doogee F3 with 3GB RAM will cost $149.99, the 3GB RAM Pro with glass panel is $159.99 while a flagship F3 Pro with wooden rear panel will cost just $169.99. What’s more the phone will be available through a multitude of resellers with no invite needed.
We’ll hopefully be reviewing the Doogee F3 very soon so keep your eyes open for first impressions.
