Well I need the fast charge and the SD card so a no from me.I have the zenphone 2 2.3ghz so far is good but I need a better software for the camera.
you could try lenovo’s “SuperCamera” it seems to be one of the best camera softwares around (when it works). might need to flash it tho…

Can you expand your comment? What is the relation between ‘NFC’ and ‘future’? Do you use NFC on a daily basis? Are you talking about “payment” aso? Are you living in USA (only) ?
I can honestly say I have never used NFC on a phone and I don’t know anyone who has either.

When they claim op2 is “future proof” then i don’t talk about today, tomorrow, or this week. I talk about “future” when they also claim “2016 flagship killer”.
Apple has done much things to make nfc payment become a trend in usa, google wallet and samsung pay also play some roles. So, do you think in 2016 people will still say “I have never used NFC on a phone and I don’t know anyone who has either.”?
It’s like qualcomm said “octacore in a phone is ridiculous and useless” then they make snapdragon 610/615. I talk about future and you talk about today and yesterday so our discussion will never met if you still think about these days.
You do realize the world exists outside of Apple and the US? In most countries in the world NFC is completely non existent. Even in the US I don’t know a single person who actually uses it.
I do realize, even i am from indonesia and i can’t say no one i know using nfc. I myself using nfc to pair e-toll card to use in in inner/outer ring road toll. So in the future i can’t say people won’t need the nfc.
Funny enough, they are using cardboard from google for launhcing vr, which google reference its cardboard to use nfc for their vr launcher app.
People probably will use it in the future, but will a majority of people use it? I just dont see it happening.
I think that you misunderstood me: when I said “useless”, it was like “un-needed” or “I don’t care it’s missing” 😀
I am not that on my nerves 🙂 Just check your battery level on time and do appropriate charging 🙂
Furthermore, nothing so far has been studied about battery life+fast charge: I’m not sure it’s a winning couple…
In four days of usage with the MX5 I haven’t seen any difference in battery life compared to my old Mi4. If anything it’s a little better. I don’t need to check my battery level anymore, I can just plug it in while I am getting ready for work, and when I leave I have a full charge.
I’m sure the fast charging kills the battery but average people change their phones every 2 years (soon close to one year) so it shouldn’t be a problem.
agree with you but for someone like me who completely replaced his laptop, camera, gps with his phone, then fast charging can compensate the lack of removable and relative small batteries.
one example over anything.
I love my gps app (waze) that i use daily because it tells me the road conditions (dead deers, ambushed cops) live.
if i plug my phone with a 1A charger and that app running the battery level decreases.
by the time i make it to work the phone is dead, and it’s still morning :-p
i really need that feature.
i don’t care of the rest honestly, the phone seems a good deal for the money.
