$85 Doogee Y100X to start shipping August 10th

Doogee might not have impressed too much with the Y100 Pro (review), but the company is certainly not giving up already.

Another affordable phone from Doogee is the Y100X. The company claims that the phone features a unique sound chamber for better sound output, about which you can read here.

If you aren’t aware, or don’t remember, here are the full specifications of this affordable phone: a 5-inch 1280 x 720p display, 1GB RAM, 8GB of RAM, an 8 mega-pixel rear camera, a 5 mega-pixel front facing camera and a 2200mAh battery. The phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6582 processor, which can also be found on similarly priced Android One phones.

The 5-inch panel also sports a Gorilla Glass coating, it must be noted. From what we’re hearing, the Y100X will start shipping on the 10th of August. Those interested can pre-order the phone from Everbuying.net, who will also be giving away a free VR headset with every purchase. More info here.
