This is the Snapdragon powered Elephone Trunk

Elephone have put together a short intro video showing off the first phone from their new sub brand.

Elephone are officially launching their Trunk brand as a budget phone option for customers who are already torn between the Xiami Redmi and Meizu m series. The first trunk is a 5-inch phone available in a range of pastel colours and a similar look and feel to the IUNI U3 and U3 mini.

The video doesn’t go in to all the nitty gritty details of the phone, but does confirm that Qualcomm will be supplying a Snapdragon 64bit chipset. We guess that a 410 will be used in the 5-inch HD phone. The video also tells us that a 13 mega-pixel camera, 2GB RAM, and 16GB memory will all find a home in the Trunk.

As well as the Trunk, Elephone have also recently launched the updated Elephone P6000 Pro and are starting to market the Elephone Vowney with large battery and 2K display.
