Dogeee have released details of a new smartphone that will come in 3 different models starting from the Doogee X5C for just $49.99.
So far Doogee have a new brand launching called HomTom, they have just released the Y100, and the Doogee F3 launch is just around the corner. Does the phone maker have time for anything else? Well yes in fact they do.
3 new models are being prepared as we speak, each phone will come under the Doogee X5 name, but will range in price from $49.99 with specification changes to reflect the price increases.
The base model Doogee X5C will come with 3G support only, 512mb RAM, 5-inch HD display, Android 4.4 Kitkat, 4GB RAM and 1.5Ghz Mediatek MT6580 chipset. Add an extra $10 and you will get the standard Doogee X5 for $59.99. This version has the same screen and chip but 1GB RAM, 8GB memory and Android 5.1.
Gizchina News of the week
Further up the range Doogee will have the Doogee X5 Pro with Mediatek MT6735 chipset, between 1-2GB RAM, and 8-16GB memory. There hasn’t been a price announced for the X5 Pro.
Each version of the Doogee X5 will have a 2400mAh battery, 2 mega-pixel front camera and 5 mega-pixel rear camera.
We have seen a lot of ‘coming soon’ news from Doogee, much of it has been very promising we just hope the actual product will live up to all the hype.

Knowing Doogee it’s not a real HD screen and its 4.2 designed to look like Kit Kat lol.
Every time they release a phone with certain specs, it turns out that at least one of them is fake. They have lied about the CPU on more then one occasion and the battery capacity on almost every phone they have ever released. This is what he means, don’t trust anything that Doogee say.
like what you suggested above, then how could we do? I looked through many brands of new mobiles, and seldom to see any model which have fully good comments~
I will never get one and I will never recommend one to the hundreds of people that ask me for phone advice every month. 🙂 Not until Doogee can prove to me they improved their quality and service.
I’m surprised that haven’t tried passing off a 960*540 non IPS screen for a FHD super AMOLED! It’s surprising how many Chinese phones use 4.2 and skin it to look like 4.4 or even lollipop, Doogee would be one such company.
Good thing that it has 1 GB version for $10 more.
60$? That’s nice. A mama phone.
