UMi’s first phone to use USB Type C is the all new UMi Hammer S and to usher in the new phone the company have set up a treasure hunt allowing customer to buy the phone at heavily discounted prices.
Later this month UMi will release the Hammer S smartphone. It will be their first phone with USB Type C and will come in at just $159.99 including international shipping, but if you are lucky you could make some huge savings.

Starting on August 10th and ending on September 10th, UMi will be holding a Treasure Hunt activity where fans can win a chance to receive a huge discount from the phone. Discounts will start from as little as $20 off al the way to a $110 saving slicing the price of the phone to only $49.99.
USB Type C isn’t the only detail the UMi Hammer S has going for it. The phone also boasts a 5.5-inch display, 3200mAh battery, fingerprint scanner and in infrared remote for controlling home appliances.

The price of the phone without shipping fee is $149.99 so with the $100 coupon you will get it at $49.99. The price of the phone with shipping fee is $159.99 so with the $100 coupon you will get it at $59.99.
So the difference between $49.99 and $59.99 is the shipping fee which is included or not.
