Update: Blackview have released source code for Alife P1 Pro

If you are an Android developer and looking to dabble in the world of Chinese smartphones, then you might want to download and play around with the source code of the Blackview Alife P1 Pro.

Blackview will be releasing the source code for their latest smartphone today on code sharing site Github.

Update: Blackview have moved from Github to Google for their choice of file sharing. Anyone wanting to get their hands on the files can download them here.

The Blackview Alife P1 Pro comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop running on 2GB RAM and Mediatek MT6735 quad-core chipset. The device also comes with a 5.5-inch HD display, 13 mega-pixel main camera, FDD LTE support (800/900/1800/2100/2600) and dual SIM support and a 3000mAh battery.

Blackview are currently working with online resellers to offer the Alife P1 Pro at just $99.99, an attractive price for a 5.5-inch device with fingerprint scanner. Both Geekbuying and Pandawill are offering the Alife P1 Pro at this low price.

    New Alife P1 Pro is even slower than my 4 years old Galaxy S3

    All other phone sent to reviewer most probably having higher spec (MT6735) compared to the one sold to consumer (MT6735M).
    It also overheats very much::::::
